Creating a Writing Event
Essay------exploratory writing
1. linearly progressive in the textual product
2. logical/pragmatic
3. textual---explores
4. spacial/temporal ---> cultural, rhetoric, ideology...etc.
5. created ----> everything is created by the writer-----writing is production
There needs to be a coalescing of resources to create a writing event.
Writing Event
Gather resources that produce writing.
1. writer- medium through which writing occurs
2. writing tools
3. writing action- energy through which production takes place
4. Body of text--necessary context--notions of text
